Description
This wild crafted and steam-distilled oil comes from lavender that grows at low altitudes in Spain. It is in this difference in altitude that gives the spike lavender its fresh, floral aroma.

HOW TO USE
- Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil per 120 mL of water into an ultrasonic diffuser.
- Massage: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil per 15 mL of carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond and coconut.
- Bath: Add 8 drops of essential oil to 15 mL of carrier oil and swirl into warm bath water.
- Spray Mist: Add 10-20 drops per 30 mL of filtered or distilled water in a fine mist sprayer. Shake well and mist into air.
