• Unscrew the cap by rotating it anti-clockwise
• Fill the bottle halfway and screw on the cap
• Make sure the water is not below minimum. Rotate clockwise to close
• Put the plug back in the socket. Switch the power on and wait
• Once the vapour is uniform, inhale the vapour with your nose
• On finishing inhalation, switch the power off
• Use drinking water only
• Remove plug from power outlet before opening to prevent risk of electric shock
