Description
Nuk Signature Silicone Soother is designed to meet a baby’s natural sucking needs while promoting healthy oral development. The soother is modeled after the shape of a mother’s nipple during breastfeeding, which helps provide a comforting feeling to the baby. The soother is flat, thin, and narrow, making it suitable for little mouths and allowing enough space for natural sucking movements. 100% of orthodontists recognize the Nuk shape as the right one, and they confirm that Nuk soothers do not cause crooked teeth or jaw misalignment. Nuk soothers are accepted by 95% of babies, providing them with a familiar and instinctive feeling of sucking. The baglet of the soother is particularly thin and narrow to reduce pressure on the teeth and jaws. The soother features a high-quality polypropylene ring that is easy for babies to grasp. The transparent silicone material is easy to clean, heat-resistant, free from harmful substances, odorless, transparent, and has a smooth surface. The Nuk air system allows air to escape out of the baglet through an invisible vent in the shield. This feature keeps the soother soft, pliable, and relieves the jaw during sucking. The Nuk soothers come with a handy carry case that keeps them clean on the go in your handbag, pocket, or nappy bag, ensuring they are ready when you need them. The plastic case can also be used to sterilize the soothers in the microwave. Overall, the Nuk Signature Silicone Soother appears to be designed to provide comfort and promote healthy oral development for babies while offering practical and hygienic features for parents.

HOW TO USE
- Before using any baby product, it’s essential to ensure it’s clean and sterilized. You can do this by boiling the soothers in water for recommended time or by using a baby bottle sterilizer. Make sure your hands are clean as well. Examine the soothers for any visible damage or wear and tear. If you notice any cracks, tears, or other damage, do not use them, as they may pose a safety risk.
- Gently place the nipple of the Nuk Signature Silicone Soother into your baby’s mouth. Ensure that the shield (the part of the soother that rests against the baby’s face) is facing outward and not covering the baby’s nose. Keep an eye on your baby while they are using the soother.
- Ensure that it stays in their mouth and doesn’t become a choking hazard. If your baby spits out the soother, gently reposition it. After each use, wash the soother thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse it well to remove any soap residue. You can also use a dedicated pacifier sterilizer or place it in boiling water for a few minutes to ensure proper hygiene.
- Storage: Store the baby soothers in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing them in a place where they may collect dust or dirt.
- Replace as needed: Inspect the soothers regularly for signs of wear and tear and replace them as necessary. It’s recommended to replace pacifiers every two months or sooner if they show signs of deterioration.
