Holle Organic Milk Cereal Spelt contains whole grain cereal processed in an easily digestible and baby-friendly form. The corn starch is gently broken down with warmth and moisture and is therefore easy to use for the baby’s still maturing organism. By using the whole grain, the valuable nutrients and active ingredients of the grain are largely retained.

• Boil 130 ml of water and cool to approximately 50°C. Pour into a dish and stir approx. 40g of Organic Milk Cereal with Spelt (approx. 4-5 tablespoons) into the water. Stir and allow to cool down to approx. 37°C.
