Holle Organic Milk Cereal Millet is made from 99% organically produced ingredients. Made from Demeter wholegrain spelt, premium organic vegetable oil and organic milk from cows raised in their natural environment (according to EU organic regulations). It is suitable as part of a mixed diet after 4 months of age. The milk cereal porridge makes an ideal evening meal and helps baby to get used to spoons and new foods.

• Boil 130 ml of water and cool to approximately 50°C. Pour into a dish and stir approx. 40g of Organic Milk Cereal with Spelt (approx. 4-5 tablespoons) into the water. Stir and allow to cool down to approx. 37°C.
