• When putting on the stocking avoid damaging the top band and its seam
• Roll the top band down twice before pulling the top of the stocking up to the leg
• If the top band fold over or rolls down, check that have not pulled the stocking too far up to the leg
• When applying and removing the stocking
• Please do not grip the top band seam itself as this can damage it and reduce the life of the stockings
• To improve wearing comfort even further adjust slightly the position of the top band several times during the day
