• Before each use, give the bottle a gentle shake to ensure that the solution is well-mixed. Measure 10 milliliters (about two teaspoons) of the Curasept ADS 020 Mouthwash using the provided measuring cup. Pour the measured mouthwash into your mouth. Swish the liquid around your mouth for about 30 seconds, making sure it reaches all areas of your mouth, including your teeth and gums. You can also gargle for a short time but avoid swallowing. After swishing and gargling, spit out the mouthwash.
• Warnings: Do not swallow it. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using the mouthwash. This allows the active ingredients to work effectively.
