• Un-screw the protective cap from the Massager roller head
• Apply the massager roller head directly to the area of concern
• Move the massage roller back and forth over the area applying a comfortable amount of pressure
• To use the massager with the topical gel, unlock the massage head by turning the cap anti-clockwise
• Remove the capsule and fill the head with topical gel
• Lock the massage head back into the handle.
