Almased Almond-Vanilla Soya, Yogurt and Honey Meal Replacement for Weight Loss formula consists of a natural blend of three high-quality ingredients; non-GMO soya, skimmed-milk yogurt and enzyme-rich honey with added vitamins and minerals. The formula contains important nutrients, essential amino acids and enzymes for easy digestion. Each serving of Almased contains 26 g of protein to support the maintenance of essential muscle mass, while keeping the body full for up to six hours. The synergistic effect of its unique ingredients nourishes and provides the body with excellent nutrition throughout the weight loss process, while helping to support metabolic activity and actively burn fat. HOW TO USE
- Almased can be used to replace a meal at any time of the day by dissolving 50 grams (5 heaped tablespoons) of Almased in 200-350 ml of water with 2 teaspoons of oil rich in essential fatty acids (e.g. rapeseed, walnut, flaxseed, olive), or substitute water for 200ml of low-fat milk or unsweetened almond or soya milk.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon or Almased shaker to ensure a consistent texture.
